POETRY

 

My poems have been published in many anthologies and magazines (including Mslexia, The Journal, Southlight and Shooter). I have been commended and shortlisted in several competitions, most recently the Borderlines Poetry Competition, the international Aesthetica Creative Writing Award for Poetry, and the erbacce-press poetry prize 2021.
 

I have read my poems live at the Theatre by the Lake (Keswick), Tullie House Museum and Bookends (Carlisle), The Old Fire Station (Penrith) and The Poetry Café (London). I have also read at online events organised by The Wordsworth Trust, The Garsdale Retreat and Lancaster Litfest.
